While everyone was having fun, the little elephant suddenly had a stomachache. The little monkey, little rabbit, and little bear quickly fetched the elephant mom. She took the little elephant to the hospital, where Doctor Tiger said, “The little elephant has a stomachache because it drank the soapy water.
