Funny Lion Story for Kids
Once upon a time, there was a lion named “Trouble” because he was extremely lazy and never wanted to take a bath.
The mane on his head was as messy as tangled hemp. You could smell a stinky odor from him long before he got close.
One day, a little squirrel was eating sweet dates up in a tree. By accident, a date pit fell into the lion’s mane.
The date pit had a comfortable sleep on the lion’s head.
It sprouted, grew branches, and became a date tree, continuously growing taller.
A tree growing on a lion’s head was indeed a marvelous sight!
The small tree was full of sweet red dates, dangling everywhere.
A flock of little birds were drawn to the lion, chirping around him. They danced on the lion’s head and ate the dates there.
Bird droppings piled up, falling directly on the lion’s head. The lion couldn’t stand it any longer and roared in anger.
He scared away the birds on the tree, shook off the sweet dates from the branches, and even inhaled a bird’s feather into his nostril.
“Achoo!” Finally, the date tree flew off his head, and the lion felt so relieved.
He couldn’t help but laugh out loud.
He quickly jumped into the river and took a thorough bath.
From then on, the lion loved being clean and never let dates hang from his head again…
