Children’s stories about sharing: Gives Away Pumpkins

Uncle Elephant grew so many big pumpkins that he couldn’t eat them all by himself, so he decided to give them to the little animals.

Little Squirrel was passing by Uncle Elephant’s house.

“Little Squirrel, could you do me a favor?” Uncle Elephant called out loudly.

“What do you need?” Little Squirrel stopped.

“I have too many pumpkins,” Uncle Elephant said, “Let me give you some!” Little Squirrel pushed a big pumpkin and happily went home.

“Little Pig, could you do me a favor?” Uncle Elephant called out loudly.

“What do you need?” Little Pig stopped.

“I have too many pumpkins,” Uncle Elephant said, “Let me give you some!” Little Pig pushed a big pumpkin and happily went home.

“Giraffe, could you do me a favor?” Uncle Elephant called out loudly.

“What do you need?” Giraffe stopped.

“I have too many pumpkins,” Uncle Elephant said, “Let me give you some!” Giraffe pushed a big pumpkin and happily went home.

Uncle Elephant looked at the pumpkin patch and exclaimed, “Wow! There are still so many pumpkins left! Let’s continue giving them to my little friends!”
