Children’s fairy tale about Green wolf

Once upon a time, there was a little wolf named Haval who had apple-green fur all over his body.

One day, Haval came to a forest where a group of gray wolves were happily playing soccer. Haval also loved soccer, so he walked over and greeted them, “Hi, how are you all!”

But the gray wolves stopped playing soccer and turned their heads, looking at Haval, the little green wolf, in surprise.

Suddenly, one of the gray wolves laughed out loud, “Look, a green wolf! Green is definitely not a wolf’s color!” He stood up proudly and said, “Look at me, gray—this is the true color of a wolf!” Haval, embarrassed, whispered, “I… I was born green…” The gray wolf patted himself and said loudly, “It looks like you’ll have to change color!” The other gray wolves laughed, patting their fur and shouting, “Change color, change color, quickly change color…”

Haval ran away sadly, saying to himself, “I must become a gray wolf!”

Haval ran into the city and walked into a clothing store.

“May I help you?” the clerk asked him.

“Clothes!” Haval replied.

“Green should look good on you…”

“No! Not green,” Haval immediately shouted, “I never want to see green again; I want beautiful gray!”

A gray hat, a gray tracksuit, gray socks, gray sneakers… Haval was dressed all in gray, and even wore a gray mask!

In the forest, the gray wolves were practicing running. Coincidentally, Haval also liked running. He went over to them again, “Hi, how are you!”

The gray wolves gathered around, sizing up their new companion. Suddenly, one gray wolf noticed a strange tail—a long, green tail. He muttered, “How can a gray wolf have a green tail? This is really strange…”

As a result, poor Haval was laughed at by the gray wolves once again.

Haval was definitely not a wolf who would give up easily! This time, he lit a big pile of firewood, and when the fire went out, it left behind a lot of gray powder. Haval covered himself with the powder, including his long, green tail!

Haval whistled as he ran towards the forest.

While running, he thought, “How should I greet the gray wolves? Should I say ‘Hey, buddies,’ or ‘Hello, friends’?”

Just then, a large dark cloud floated over, and soon it started pouring rain. Haval ran quickly towards the forest, but unfortunately, before he could reach it, the rain had washed all the gray powder off him.

Haval found himself greener than before, like the grass after rain.

He was furious, stomping his feet and shouting, “I’m so mad! Even the heavens are against me! It seems I have to use my ultimate move!”

Haval immediately ran to the city and bought a can of paint, of course, in gray.

Haval applied a thick layer of paint all over himself. His head, face, body, and tail were all covered in gray paint. From a distance, he looked like a real gray wolf.

After the rain, the sun came out, smiling down on the earth. Slowly, the sunlight grew stronger, baking the ground like fire, and of course, poor Haval. Wrapped in gray paint, Haval felt like he was trapped in an oven, sweating all over and gasping for breath. Even with his mouth wide open, he still couldn’t breathe easily.

At this moment, a beautiful fairy came over. She looked at Haval and raised her magic wand, saying, “One, two, three, change!” She rescued Haval from his thick paint armor.

The fairy asked, “Poor little one, is there anything else I can help you with?”

“Gray!” Haval shouted, “I want to become gray!”

The fairy raised her magic wand again, “One, two, three, change!”

Haha, now Haval turned into… a fish, a beautiful goldfish.

“Oh, I failed!” the fairy said dejectedly, “But don’t you want to be a goldfish? It’s great being a goldfish, so beautiful, and you can swim around in the water…”

“No! I want gray! I want to be gray!” Haval cried.

“Alright, alright,” the fairy waved her magic wand again, “One, two, three, change!”

This time, Haval became… a bird! The most beautiful bird in the world, with over a thousand colors of feathers!

“How did I get it wrong again? This is really frustrating!” the fairy said, “But look, being a bird is so wonderful! You can fly freely in the sky…”

But Haval cried out loudly, “No! I want gray! I want to be gray!”

For the fourth time, the fairy raised her magic wand, “One, two, three, change!”

Hmm, not bad, Haval finally turned into a wolf, a… green wolf.

The fairy sighed helplessly and said apologetically, “Forgive me, I am not a competent fairy; I think I am better suited to dancing in operas…”

Haval sniffed and muttered, “But… but… I think you are a very good fairy!”

“Really?” the fairy asked happily.

“Of course,” Haval said firmly.

“Thank you! Actually, you are a very cute green wolf too! Do you have any other wishes?” the fairy asked.

“Now… I think I’ll stay just like this!” Haval said.

“Alright then. Good luck!” The fairy said and flew away.

As for Haval, he ran at full speed towards the forest where the gray wolves lived. In the forest, the gray wolves were playing hide and seek. Coincidentally, hide and seek was Haval’s favorite game!

Haval walked proudly into the midst of the gray wolves and said loudly, “Hello, I’m back.”

Before the gray wolves could say anything, Haval added, “Yes, I am a green wolf, but so what?”

And that was Haval, the little green wolf.
