animals story for kids: The Fruit House
Autumn has arrived, and Mama Bear’s orchard is full of fruits: red apples, yellow pears, green watermelons, and purple grapes.
One early morning, Mama Bear and Baby Bear happily went to the orchard to pick some fruit.
They picked one fruit after another, filling up a whole cart. Mama Bear pulled the cart from the front, while Baby Bear pushed from the back, chanting “Heave-ho, heave-ho” as they carried the fruit back home.
There were so many fruits that they filled the house to the brim. With no space left, Mama Bear and Baby Bear had to sleep outside. It got dark and cold! Mama Bear and Baby Bear were too cold to sleep.
Then, they came up with a great idea: to build a big house out of the fruits.
Mama Bear and Baby Bear used watermelons to build the walls, apples for the roof, and pears and grapes for the doors and windows… Soon, the beautiful fruit house was finished.
Look! Even the tables and chairs inside the house were made of fruit. Mama Bear and Baby Bear could now eat fruit every day! All the little animals came over; they ate fruit, danced, and were very happy!
