Stories: Angel’s Love
Once upon a time, an angel passing through a mountain stream encountered a girl. They fell in love and built a love nest on the mountain.
The angel had to fly around every day, but he truly loved the girl and would spend all his free time with her.
One day, the angel took his beloved girl for a walk in the mountains. Suddenly, he said, “If one day, you no longer love me, I will leave you. Because I can’t live without love. At that time, I will fly to another girl.”
The girl looked at the angel for a moment and firmly said, “I will love you forever!”
Their days were quite happy. However, whenever the girl thought of the angel’s words, she became restless. She always felt that the angel might leave her one day and fly to another girl. So, one night, while the angel was asleep, the girl hid his wings.
The next morning, the angel angrily said, “Give me back my wings! Why did you do this? You don’t love me anymore, you don’t love me anymore…”
“I didn’t, I still love you! I didn’t hide your wings, really, believe me, okay?”
“You’re lying, you’re lying, I don’t believe you anymore, I feel you don’t love me anymore!”
When he found his wings in the cupboard, he flew away without looking back.
The girl was very sad and missed the beautiful life they had. She regretted it and sat alone on the windy mountaintop, silently repenting: “Even though I love you madly, I can’t deprive you of your right to fly freely, can I? I should give you enough freedom, enough space to breathe. I really understand now, can you come back?…”
Suddenly, the angel appeared. He gently said, “I’m back, my dear!”
