A Home in the Tree

There is a home in the tree, and that is the bird’s home.

The bird dad is blue, it can catch bugs.

The bird mom is red, it can pick fruits.

The bird baby is yellow, it can somersault with a splash.

It can eat bugs by itself.

It can string the fruits one by one and wear them around its neck.

It will also sing while waiting for its parents to come home when it gets dark.

The moon comes out, and the bird’s parents come home.

The home in the tree is filled with chirping sounds, it’s very lively.

As the moon rises higher, the chirping in the tree’s home fades away,

leaving only the sound of the bird mom telling a story.

Gradually, even the storytelling sound disappears, and the home in the tree falls asleep.
