The Story of Mother Goose Hatching Eggs

Mother Bird was about to lay her eggs, but she couldn’t find a suitable place to do so. “Splash!” She ended up laying her eggs in Mother Goose’s nest.

When Mother Goose returned, she saw Mother Bird and assumed she was trying to steal her eggs. Mother Goose hurried over to stop her.

Mother Bird explained, “No, I didn’t intend to steal your eggs; I just want to take back my bird eggs.”

Mother Goose, feeling angry, said, “There are no bird eggs here; you’re just an egg thief!”

With no choice, Mother Bird left. Finally, the goslings began to hatch, and Mother Goose was thrilled.

She counted, “One gosling, two goslings, three goslings, four goslings, five goslings, six goslings, seven goslings, eight goslings, nine goslings, the tenth is a little bird!”

“What? Oh my, a little bird? How could this happen?” Mother Goose screamed. Just then, Mother Bird rushed over and said, “That’s my child!”

Mother Bird added, “I’m sorry; I had no choice but to lay my egg in your nest. Please forgive me.”

After hearing this, Mother Goose felt embarrassed. “No, no, I wrongfully accused you; I should apologize to you!”

And so, without any conflict, Mother Bird and Mother Goose became good friends!
