Mr. Leopard’s abilities are truly amazing.
“What abilities does a leopard have? It just runs a little faster, that’s all!” you might say. Yes, the leopard I’m talking about runs incredibly fast.
“How fast? Like flying?” you might ask.
No, even faster than flying.
Mr. Leopard said to his friends in the forest:
“Starting tomorrow, I am really going to learn some skills.”
But then he thought, how boring and hard learning is, so he rushed out, caught the words he had just said, and swallowed them.
Mr. Leopard said to his good friend, the lynx:
“I must give you a camera. A hunter left it behind in the forest.”
But then he thought, last time the lynx gave me something, it wasn’t nearly as fun as a camera.
So he rushed out, caught those words, and swallowed them.
Every day, he had to chase back many things he had said.
Finally, everyone realized that Mr. Leopard’s words couldn’t be trusted. He could take them back and swallow them anytime.
