Mushroom House
The little rabbit loves to watch the moon.
On summer nights, the little rabbit often lies on the grass, gazing at the round or crescent moon.
However, there are a few days each month when there is no moon, so the little rabbit lies on the grass and watches the stars instead.
One day, the little rabbit was lying on the grass again, watching the moon.
As she watched, she fell asleep.
Suddenly, it began to rain, but the little rabbit didn’t notice at all. When she woke up, she found herself completely soaked, and later she even caught a cold.
The little rabbit thought: How can I lie down and watch the sky without getting wet in the rain?
She found a mushroom as big as a house.
The little rabbit dug a door into the mushroom and hollowed out the inside, turning it into a mushroom house.

Raindrops fell through the hole in the roof and into the house, and soon the whole place was flooded.
When the rain stopped, the little rabbit found a large piece of glass and placed it over the hole in the roof.
Now, the little rabbit was satisfied: On clear nights, she could watch the moon and stars; on rainy nights, she could listen to the raindrops tapping on the glass.
